Refund policy
Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery; however, gift cards and customized orders are final sale. Please see the following returns & cancellations policies for detailed information on making a return:
⊹ All returns must be in their original condition + packaging and shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date, with a return request submitted to returns@luckycalico.com
⊹ Items damaged in the mail can not be returned; however, I ship everything with insurance so see the claims page for information on making a claim if your order is damaged in transit
⊹ The buyer pays return shipping
⊹ There are no restocking fees for store credits; a 6% fee applies to cash refunds
⊹ Refunds and store credits apply to the cost of the returned items + any applicable sales tax; shipping charges are nonrefundable
⊹ Refunds can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase
⊹ Returns will be processed within at least 3-5 business days from the time they are received
⊹ The buyer will be notified if there are any delays or problems with processing
⊹ Refunds/store credits can not be issued for returns that are shipped back after the 14-day return window has passed, or for items that are damaged/altered, partially missing, or unreceived
⊹ All return shipments should be packed with sufficient cushioning and include tracking and insurance to protect from loss/damage
Please be sure to take the following steps when making a return:
⊹ Email me a return request at returns@luckycalico.com. Let me know what you are returning and whether you prefer a refund or a store credit
⊹ Ensure all items are in their original condition and the jewelry boxes they came in, and packed with sufficient cushioning for safe transit.
⊹ Be sure that the sender address on the package matches the contact information I have on file for you. If you are in the US, I can send you a shipping label
⊹ Please include a packing slip in the return - you can use the invoice that came with the order or you can make one - and ship your return back within 14 days of the delivery date
⊹ Tracking and insurance is strongly recommended on return shipments to protect from loss or damage in the mail. I cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.
Cancellations:
⊹ Cancellations can be made by emailing a request to orders@luckycalico.com before shipment occurs
⊹ Gift cards cannot be cancelled
⊹ Customized orders can only be cancelled before work on them has begun
⊹ All cancellations made after payment has been captured incur a 6% processing fee
