Shipping policy

General Shipping:

⊹ I ship worldwide via USPS - see below for more information about international shipping
All shipments include tracking and insurance
All ready-to-ship items are mailed within 2-3 business days
⊹ Please be patient with shipping times, as carrier delays can happen
I am not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service in transport; however, all orders ship with insurance. Please see the Lost/Damaged Claims page if there is a problem with your shipment

International Shipping:

⊹ All international shipments include tracking and insurance; however, tracking data may be less reliable once parcels reach their destination country, depending on what services are available there
Delivery times can vary based on destination, and customs delays can further slow these timelines
⊹ Since some countries require or suggest an addressee phone number, all international buyers are encouraged to include their phone number when placing an order (this is an optional field at checkout)
I cannot ship to countries with embargoes or other restrictions as outlined by carriers, or to areas restricted by the insurer
Some countries prohibit shipments containing jewelry made with precious metals and/or precious and semiprecious gemstones, which may hinder shipment
If you are unable to checkout due to a shipping restriction, please contact orders@luckycalico.com and I may be able to create an order for you as long as it complies with the customs requirements of your country and no other restrictions apply
