Kaily Lace Agate Faced Specimen

This material is a relatively new discovery made by a fellow who named it after his youngest daughter. It consists of tightly meandering lace formations in a light palette of delicate purples, pinks, and creamy whites, as well as a few slightly reddish-rose areas. The tiny and complex patterns fill the scene vigorously and make for intricately beautiful cabochons. This piece has been faced on one side and is showing absolutely gorgeous patterning throughout. It sparkles with micro-druzy crystals and has several tiny druzy-lined vuggs on both sides, as well as a section of exposed druzy to one side. I do not see any major flaws - there appear to be a few micro hairlines that look cosmetic. The druzy crystals range in color from transparent to white, grey, and ruddy rose. Spectacular specimen!
