Australian Ribbon Variscite Slab

This variscite shows vibrant pops of apple and seafoam-green color contrasting beautifully with the deep ochre-yellow host rock. Australian Variscite is regarded as a particularly high quality and rare variety of an already scarce gemstone - rarer than turquoise! Being closely related to turquoise, it may also benefit from stabilization. I see one small hairline off to one side but the rest looks solid. This is a smaller slice.
