Crazy Lace Agate Cabochon

This sweet little Crazy Lace Agate freeform features two tiny islets of banded lace within a base of milky quartz. Notice there are three white, cloud-like vuggs surrounding the front-facing lace formation. Super fine maroon contours envelope light lilac centers within the agate. While quartz inclusions in agate can sometimes take on fractious characteristics, the quartz in this cab cut smoothly and cleanly. A charming iteration of Mexico's famous Crazy Lace Agate.
