Fire Ledge Jasper Slab

This jasper comes from the Dead Camel Mountains of western Nevada and has a beautiful, earthy palette of desert pinks punctuated by a deep crimson matrix, which resembles fissures but is in fact purely color. A few areas of wave-like patterns emerge from the edges and evoke the famous pink sandstone formations of northern Arizona. A very hard material likely to take a high polish.

This is a rough, unpolished slab. Please observe images closely for flaws, as some degree of that is normal. Pictured wet and dry.
