Marra Mamba Tiger Eye Slab

Marra Mamba is the rarest variety of Tiger Eye, and arguably the most striking! It is found only in the Hamersley Ranges of Western Australia, in the Pilbara region. Bold streaks of rich, chatoyant and metallic colors are what make it so celebrated and remarkable. This absolutely fantastic specimen is showing intricately threaded swaths of metallic black (hematite + magnetite); yellow Tiger Eye (goethite), red jasper (chalcedony); fiery-orange sections where the reds and yellows have blended; a ribbon of semi-transparent, white quartz, and a small, surprise flash of deep green (riebeckite + goethite). Tons of contrast and color pop galore!
