Petrified Zebra Wood Slab

This material displays some absolutely fantastic striations that should make for amazing cabs - lots of contrast and intricate detail. The darker colors look as if they were poured into the scene, weaving in and out of it to delineate the most delicate details of the original wood grain. It is opalized in some areas (no color play). There’s a cluster of small fissures over to one side that need to be worked around, but the rest looks solid with only a few small vuggs. No doubt some truly striking pieces will come out of this!

This is a rough, unpolished, end cut slab. Please observe images closely for flaws, as some degree of that is normal. Pictured wet and dry.
